Chair of the Treetops to Rooftops GIS
Treetops & Rooftops
Our towns are full of treasures. Parks, trails, historic sites, public art, conservation lands. And of course our people. Teachers, students, historians, naturalists, artists.
Let’s combine all these treasures into a new civic space, so that anyone with a mobile device can walk among the neighborhoods of our cities & towns and delight in the exploration.
In this new civic space, young people are the storytellers. Working with community leaders, they create audio recordings geo-tagged to local landmarks. Click on the red dots on the digital map below. Take a few minutes to listen. Get a sense of what we’re building and then join the crowd!
